We just had a our roof replaced by Mast Roofing. Kerwin came out to look things over and give us an estimate. He did a thorough inspection of outside and attic. One big problem with our old stone house was that our attic has never had proper ventilation. Kerwin figured out a way to do it after other roofers said it could not be done unless we were willing to pay a small fortune in taking out a lot of stone. Our attic is now very well ventilated and we have a beautiful roof. All the Mast workers were skilled, meticulous and very nice to have around. They kept the place clean. No random screws or nails to be found. We are very pleased with their results and because Kerwin was so thorough and careful in his estimate, there were no surprises at jobs end. Well there was one surprise, the roof came in a bit under the estimate.We would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family. Thank you to Kerwin ,Jason, Shane, Dave , Alex, Bob, Brandon , all of whom did a great job on our project. hope I didn't miss anyone but you all were great !!

Scheduled an appointment took days to get a call back.... two weeks to have someone come out for an estimate..... stayed home from a trip to be available..... No Call no show no text nothing.... I had to call THEM 1 week later to get an explanation and then don't make me a priority but say they can't get someone out for another two weeks..... Is this a joke? If this is how they run a business how professional is their work? I would think twice if I was anyone else looking for service from them.
Dave was very professional. He did an excellent job describing the inspection. He did not try to sell anything that was not needed. We definitly will use Mast Roofing again.
Jason was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. I liked that he took pictures of the problem area on the roof so that I could see exactly what was wrong. He then took pictures of same area after it was repaired so I could see the work he did. Good experience. If I ever need work on my roof again, will definitely call this company.
